Yvette is a busy working mother. She and I have been working together for one year.

When Yvette came on board to work with me,  she was

“I started coaching with Laura in March of 2022. I had been thinking about getting a PT for quite a while, I have had other trainers but Laura has been a standout coach for me. Following COVID I lost my confidence & was going through big changes in my personal life. I needed help & there was no time like the present. My biggest problem is not being able to motivate myself, but to keep going even on the bad days and to remember that progress does not happen overnight, it’s a journey. Laura is just brilliant at motivating me and keeping me positive without me even knowing she is doing it!
