MEET LAURA

Laura is a qualified personal trainer, health, fitness & wellbeing coach & nutritionist (and podcaster!) … with experience coaching hundreds of women into the best shape of their lives.

Beginning her own fitness journey in her late twenties was the catalyst for huge positive change in her own life, transforming not just her body but her mindset & entire life as a result. Laura discovered her purpose & passion in helping others to do the same and studied to qualify as a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist while working her full time job, before setting up Powered by Positivity. 

Aside from enjoying gigs, chocolate and time with family and friends, Laura is continually committed to upskilling and educating in her field, learning as much as she can about everything from human physiology, biomechanics and nutrition science to neuroplasticity, behavior change and human psychology — honing her craft in every way possible to provide her clients with the top tier coaching that has bred incredible, life changing results for countless women to date.

90 DAY ONE TO ONE COACHING

People who work with me stay for a bare minimum of 12 weeks. Over the course of these 3 short months we will build the solid foundations you need to achieve and sustain real, lasting results with your health & fitness!

6 MONTH COACHING PROGRAMME

Lock in for 6 months of coaching and take your results to the next level. The number one reason so many people don’t achieve or maintain their goals is simply because they fall back into old habits. By making a longer-term commitment to yourself for the next 6 months, we will ensure you achieve your goals AND continue to build on them!
