Your sleep & stress management will determine your ability to recover & adapt from that training.

Your nutrition & daily activity will determine whether you drop, gain or maintain weight - depending on your goal.
Your stress, hormones & appetite levels will be directly affected by how effectively you manage your sleep & stress (eg: ghrelin signals hunger & increases with sleep deprivation, leptin signals satiety & decreases with sleep dep.)
Where you achieve & maintain results is when we find that sweet spot between your “all or nothing”.
If you’re looking for a coach who will focus on dropping body fat “as quickly as possible” & teach you all of “the best fat burning exercises” (there’s no such fucking thing, FYI) then I am not the coach for you.
